After three years of preparation, Mercedes-Benz finally introduced its homemade golf car which is claimed to be a future model. This golf car is the result of a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz designers and the business divisions of Daimler and Garia, which are known as well-known suppliers of luxury vehicle components.

It’s no wonder this car has earned the nickname ‘Mercedes-Benz Style Edition Garia Golf Car’. The appearance of the low profile body makes it look more plump with many curves.

The roof is made using a thin carbon fiber material, plus the installation of a diffuser and spoiler on the rear bumper that protrudes from decklid, which serves as a place to store two golf bags. Includes installation of a Smart-esque fascia designed like a golf ball dimple to clarify vehicle purpose and function.

Unlike regular golf cars which have straight seats, the ‘Mercedes-Benz Style Edition Garia Golf Car’ wants to display something luxurious. By installing curved seats under which there is a refrigerator, and a dashboard made of carbon fiber. Under the dashboard is a place to put six golf balls.  

There’s also Bluetooth connectivity integrated with the large touchpad LCD infotainment system, which can access vehicle information, such as scorecard, maps, range, and parking brake status. This car can cover a distance of 80 kilometers with a top speed of 30 km per hour.

According to the company, for the time being, it will only produce two units, as well as to measure customer reactions. There is no mention of what price will be sold in the market, including details about the powertrain used in this model.
